SHIPPING & RETURNS

Summary

As of 10/8/24 MOFT does NOT offer shipping of any kind. Until further notice any and all information pertaining to shipping and handling below is invalid. If you have made a purchase of a physical product with us, it must be picked up as specified in the delivery section of the specific shop item. If you made a preorder, an estimated delivery date will be provided however is not, under any circumstances, a guaranteed delivery date. All pre-ordered products are not refundable, nor returnable once the pre-order window is closed!​

Terms and Conditions

MOFT Youth ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.moftyouth.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping

2.1 Shipping Process

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-5 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays. This applies to Express orders as well. Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification stating that your package has been shipped as well as a tracking number. If you do not receive your Tracking Email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your Spam and/or Promotions folders.

Also, please note that shipping services offered are subject to change depending on selected carrier quality and reliability. Unfortunately, MOFT Youth cannot dictate order location or condition once it has been delivered to the courier.

2.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

We will refund the value of the goods returned but unfortunately cannot refund the value of any shipping paid by the customer for said returns.

 

3.2 Warranty Returns

Unfortunately we cannot and do not provide any warranty on our current line of products.

3.3 Academy Course Returns

Academy courses are not returnable. Once you have booked a course with us, refunds will only be provided if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of the first booked session start time. Following this 24-hour window, no refunds will be provided for cancelations.

Your attendance is not our responsibility. Any missed course session will not be refundable under any circumstances, unless explicitly discussed with a member of staff. Any credit card chargebacks will be fully disputed.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days depending on the selected shipping method.

 

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

 

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 06 PM - PDT (UTC-07) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. However, once it has been dispatched it is the duty of the customer to contact the selected courier and retrieve the package as we will no longer have legal possession of any order.

 

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

 

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Refused Shipments:

If you refuse your shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus any and all costs or fees of returning the package back to us.

 

4.8 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. Otherwise, the customer may request a refund of ordered items. 

 

4.9 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. 

 

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

 

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the final price of the goods as displayed during the checkout page of ordered goods.

 

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.

 

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

 

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Once your order has been shipped out, we are not legally responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer’s responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our Customer Success Team team is happy to help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
